Ghanaian by birth. Born in Njare on the Volta lake in Volta region of Ghana. Secondary Education at Yendi Secondary School in Northern Ghana. Sixthform at Tamale Secondary School, Tamale.First degree at the University of Cape Coast, Zoology Department, !982-1987. Qualifications - BSc (HONS) Zoology;Dip. Ed. Masters degree at Imperial College Wye, UK. Qualification - MSc in Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development 2002. Worked as Teacher in Ghana, 1987-1990; Zambia, 1990-1997; Botswana, 1998-2005; Zambia, 2006-2008.
