I spent my first eighteen years in Western New York. After finishing a military enlistment, I moved to and worked in New York city as a Stationary Engineer. I met someone and went back to school for my BA and MA degrees. I never completed my Doctoral Program. Divorced, worked in education, worked outside of education, worked in education (always as an adjunct--no PhD). I am old enough to retire, but from what to what? I Still hold several classes in freshman composition and, therefor, have a need for an overview of items students write about. But the real reason is that an encyclopedia sight becomes important as a memory refresher.
