Steaphen is the Belief Institute Director, author and belief-systems consultant (covering business, social, scientific, political and personal dimensions to life).

Prior to establishing the Belief Institute, Steaphen was working within the Professional Development Unit (PDU) at Charles Sturt University (Faculty of Business) in the role of business development, short-course design, development and marketing.

Steaphen is the author of a range of books that reveal how underlying quantum physics principles operate in everyday life, and how those principles can be engaged and beneficially applied.
