Devin Neil Oatway was born in Santa Barbara, California, in 1978. He became an actor at the age of eleven, working in television and film until he became a student at Stanford University, where he graduated with a A.B. degree in English Literature with the Creative Writing Emphasis. He now lives in Ojai, California, where he writes and produces small, independent short films.
