A happy-go-lucky church organist, classical music enthusiast, museum tour guide, music teacher, composer, writer, well-wisher, and generally nice guy, Mike holds an Associate degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Manitoba. He is highly active in the workings of the local chapter of the Royal Canadian College of Organists, and specializes in German "High Romantic" music when he's not specializing in hymnody. A shameless performer and improviser, Mike truly enjoys having a weekly recitalist platform available to him, even if the audience may or may not be truly listening.
