Ninh Thuan Province is the southernmost part of central Vietnam; the South China Sea forms its eastern border. Its capital is Phan Rang-Thap Cham.
On its north is Khanh Hoa Province and Binh Thuan Province is the southern boundary. Its western neighbor is Lam Dong Province.
