This is a CZ:Template that assists in the management of brief definitions of article subjects. It displays a 'To do' box on the talk page of articles which lack a brief definition of their respective topic.
It also lists fields in the metadata template that need to be completed including the language variant, workgroup (cat1), status and abc fields.
