:::In particular, it was speedily deleted under WP:CSD#A7, the most abused of Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion. Had a substantively similar article been deleted via the AfD process, I'd give that more weight. [[User:Anthony Argyriou|Anthony Argyriou]] 12:38, 30 July 2007 (CDT)

I've done a touch of cleanup. I hope the original author can come back with some sources, and a description of student politics at the school, to put this article into better context. The title of Sartre's essay would be helpful, too.  Right now the article is still just a stub. [[User:Anthony Argyriou|Anthony Argyriou]] 12:36, 27 July 2007 (CDT)

Revision as of 12:38, 30 July 2007

I've requested editorial comment.  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 01:05, 27 July 2007 (CDT)

On what grounds speedydelete? And why "spam"? I've removed the template. Yi, please see CZ:Article Deletion Policy. {{speedydelete}} can be placed only on the categories of articles on that page. --Larry Sanger 02:01, 27 July 2007 (CDT)
Yes, the template was used incorrectly but I think see Yi's reason for drawing attention to the article. Could be nothing, though, so I asked Richard to have a look here.  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 05:29, 27 July 2007 (CDT)

There is almost nothing about this party online, but there is this:[1] That's from an old student newspaper from the other side of Canada.

There is probably only a question about maintainability here: in the fullness of time can CZ maintain decent articles about all present and past intercampus clubs? I think so, probably. --Larry Sanger 06:03, 27 July 2007 (CDT)

Yep, and it was deleted from WP. Yi Zhe Wu 09:25, 27 July 2007 (CDT)

In particular, it was speedily deleted under WP:CSD#A7, the most abused of Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion. Had a substantively similar article been deleted via the AfD process, I'd give that more weight. Anthony Argyriou 12:38, 30 July 2007 (CDT)
