My main interests are computer technology and jazz guitar, the latter specific to the work of the late Django Reinhardt (1910-1953). I am an active player and teacher.

I have worked in technology roles for over 20 years. These have encompassed applications development, network engineering, systems engineering, project management as well as more senior roles. I am currently a senior director with one of the world's largest technology companies.

I received a BBA majoring in Information Systems from the University of Western Sydney (Australia) in 1993. My professional memberships include:

Born in Finland (I speak Finnish fluently), my family moved to Australia as I was entering high school. In 1996 my wife and I moved to the US, initially to Denver CO. We have lived in the Seattle area since 2001.
