While willing to give this a whirl my initial interest is to benefit from the information and forum as described for Citizendium.

Working within aerospace and technology companies I found an urge to explore a doctorate in management/leadership/organiational behavior until a nitch resonated. With a personal philosophy where retirement equates to a major change in jobs I was also pursuing alternative interests. As I was seeking research compatriots that would find practical experience viable in a team member, I found the Academy of Management and am thoroughly enjoying both learning and contributing roles.

My research focus is risk management; carefully treading toward establishing linkages among personal financial risk management and behaviors/characteristics for leadership in risk management siutations/roles.
