I am an undergraduate Computer Engineering student at Northeastern University. I would like to write some articles on IEEE 802.22 and cognitive radio which I am currently researching. I have noticed that these topics have yet to be covered on Citizendium. I am also interested in networking in general and may consider editing some existing networking articles if needed.
