suggest state name after islands

I suggest that you append the island names to reflect the state, because islands with similar names are sure to pop up in other states. Thus, Deer Island should be named Deer Island, New York or Deer Island, Ontario, depending on whichever region it belongs to. David E. Volk 16:02, 11 March 2008 (CDT)
