I'll think about it (and try to improve it). However, in general it is not always possible to use plain English. Some topics require special terms (and you can consult the article on the topic -- at least, if the page exists ;-).
And -- this is not meant as criticism -- you also use undefined terms (e.g. "distribution" in the definition of Bernoulli distribution). Peter Schmitt 23:43, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
