Syntax may refer to
- Syntax (linguistics): The study of the rules, or 'patterned relations', that govern the way words combine to form phrases and phrases to form sentences.
- Syntax (computer science): The set of allowed reserved words and possible token order in a program.
- Musical syntax: A set of culture-specific rules underlying the composition and interpretation of music and often dance, too.
