Sarah Sewall: Director of the Program on National Security and Human Rights and lecturer in international affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government; headed the Barack Obama Transitions National Security Agency Review; Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Peacekeeping and Humanitarian Assistance.
