Katie Liu Leung (born 8 August 1987 in Motherwell, Scotland, U.K.) is a Scottish actress best known for her role as Cho Chang in the Harry Potter films.

Miss Leung is the daughter of Peter and Kar Wai Li Leung, and currently attends the prestigious Hamilton College in Lanarkshire, Scotland. She lives with her father, two brothers and one sister.
