Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits, Volume II is a double compilation album by Bob Dylan. It was released on 17 November 1971. The United Kingdom release included different tracks and running order. 'Positively 4th Street' and 'New Morning' were added, and 'She Belongs to Me' and 'It's All Over Now, Baby Blue' were omitted.
