While this wiki was unsuccessful in achieving its original goals from fifteen years ago (see https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-Wikipedia-and-Citizendium), a dedicated few writers have continued working in the wiki, improving articles that they believe are useful, and which for various reasons probably could not be written in Wikipedia. We intend to keep the wiki running.

We strive for objectivity. Our community is collegial and congenial; everyone writes under his or her verified real name. We have 17,716 articles at different stages of development, of which 145 have expert-approved citable versions. We prefer new material but allow work from other sites to be imported and improved under certain conditions.
