Bienvenida is a Spanish municipality located in the province of Badajoz, autonomous community of Extremadura. Founded in the 14th century, the municipality has an area of 92.2 km2 (35.6 sq mi) and a population of 2,324 inhabitants, according to the 2008 census.[1]
