Spam the (semi-)meat should be titled SPAM.  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 02:26, 21 September 2007 (CDT)

Why, it's not an acryonym? --Robert W King 02:28, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
Visit their site. Try to find it even once written as Spam.  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 02:32, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
Egads, you're right. --Robert W King 02:35, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
Why? Shoulder of Pork and hAM.  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 02:36, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
What, it doesn't stand for that! And don't link WP for your reference. --Robert W King 02:38, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
Visit the museum. That's what I've heard, anyway.  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 02:42, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
I'll visit it next time I am up that way, next summer (I have relatives near it), and get photos for a gallery. :-)  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 02:49, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
I would expect nothing less. Make sure they are good ones ;) --Robert W King 02:53, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
Let's not turn this into the loooonnnnnngggggg WP debate about whether TIME Magazine should be spelled that way (because Time itself did so, and insisted that others also do it) or as Time Magazine, because that was the style insisted upon by WP. My own feeling is that for CZ purposes, Spam the semi-meat, should be spelled Spam and not SPAM. Incidentally, I have a pretty good recipe for it that dates back to WWII, better than you'd think. Also, I had a Samoan girlfriend for a while who taught me to make a Samoan spam "sushi" that is *much* better than you'd think -- very elaborate, even.... I believe it stands for "Spiced Ham." As a native Minnesotan (Hormel is based in Austin, Minnesota), I should know this, but the only time I've ever actually eaten the stuff was in Iceland. --Joe Quick (Talk) 11:35, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
