I've now had a chance to look through Lammerts' new book, where he gives more detail of what he was saying in the paper I cited. It turns out that he didn't mean what I thought he meant. (I think Professor Silk thought he meant that too.) Therefore, I no longer regard this version as satisfactory. Peter Jackson (talk) 13:35, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
