Move to an article on the city?

It seems to me that much of the material we have here is about the city and its immediate surroundings, rather than the modern prefecture, which extends further southwards. If people don't object, I would like to move this article to Osaka with a new introduction, and develop a separate stub for the prefecture here. John Stephenson 01:14, 7 April 2008 (CDT)
