Alphabetization

I'm pretty sure the "abc=" field of this article should not alphabetize the article under the name (presumably the man's given name) "Bisher". But I don't know whether CZ policy is to alphabetize Arabic names under "al-" or under the word after the "al-". Could someone who knows the proper conventions please change the "abc=" field of the checklist to the correct version of the surname? Thanks. Bruce M.Tindall 22:31, 5 May 2008 (CDT)

Sorry, I disagree. Most people with Arabic style names don't inherit a surname as is the style with English speakers. I suggest it is not meaningful to try to sort their names on an English style surname.

Material not specific to subject of article

I removed image and text under Al-Rawi's Combatant Status Review Tribunal, as it did not mention Al-Rawi at all. It might be appropriate to link to the CSRT article, but it is certainly not appropriate to copy general text and pictures into individual articles, when they do not refer to the subject of the article. Removed nonspecific text and image under Administrative Review board and tightened the text. Howard C. Berkowitz 23:03, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
