I am honored to be nominated, but I must respectfully decline. First of all, I know that I do not have the technical knowledge to be able to handle the post. Secondly, I am currently Treasurer of Citizendium -- I don't know whether a Citizen could legally fill both posts, but I myself think that the question should not arise.
