What are Honorees pages?
The "Honorees" subpage is for providing a list of recipients of some honor, award, or prize, where "Winners" is not an appropriate term.
Purpose
The main page of an article should be able to present a description of the honor without it being broken up by almanac-like listings. The Honorees page provides a place to put those listings where the reader can find them if they want detailed information.
Format standards
A bullet list or a table will usually be easiest to read. See Damon Knight Memorial Grand Master Award/Honorees for a simple example using the wikitable template.
