Mongolia

Mongolia is a country in Northern Asia, bordered by the People's Republic of China and Russia; its Chinese neighbor is Inner Mongolia, an autonomous region]] Its heritage is in the 13th century Mongol empire of Genghis Khan; the empire ended in the 14th century and the region eventually came under Chinese rule in the 17th century. The Soviet Union helped it break free of China in 1924, but installed a Communist government. It now has an independent democratic government, although many of the leaders are former Communists.
Its capital is Ulaanbaatar.
