I have an BS in Civil from the U of Illinois, Urbana, an MS in Civil from West Virginia University, Morgantown, and some grad work toward an MS in Chemical Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo. I've been in private practice most of my professional life as a consultant on environmental matters of one form or another. I've worked on everything from air pollution stack testing, modeling, water quality modeling to solid and hazardous wastes.
