Could anyone help in trying to get permission from the original publisher of the two books in question -- I want to scan in the covers of each of them. The publisher is Harper & Row in New York, although by now they probably belong to some enormous multinational. Thank you for any help you can offer! NOTICE, please do not remove from top of page.
I wrote 100% of this article at Wikipedia. I intend to expand it greatly later today. Hayford Peirce 12:39, 16 May 2007 (CDT)

The opening template may seem rather odd to visitors. Hopefully, visitors come to read about Calder and Behrens, the nuances of licensing and the relationship with Wikipedia is probably not on their minds. This just sounds like CZ has one big chip on its shoulder. In my opinion. David Hoffman 12:05, 16 May 2007 (CDT)

Hi David and Hayford, you are correct Hayford in that "If" you wrote this at wikipedia (it shouldn't be hard to find out) or changed it significantly once here, just make a note of it on top of the tall page here and everything should be fine. We try not to put any templates on the article pages themselves or even the talk pages for that matter. The thing to do now is get CZ:The Article Checklist started at the top of this page ASAP and get your categories assigned. Then you should be safe unti you get an opportunity to grow the article. --Matt Innis (Talk) 12:23, 16 May 2007 (CDT)

Sorry, Hayford, I can see that it would be better go elsewhere to debate the (un)professional tone of that template. BTW I confirmed that you did write 100% of the WP stub. Best wishes. David Hoffman 13:44, 16 May 2007 (CDT)
Don't be sorry, I agree, that template crossed some line, that's why I took it off ;-) --Matt Innis (Talk) 13:55, 16 May 2007 (CDT)
That's very strange! I dunno where I found it: I just poked around for a little while, found it in *another* article, I think, and simply copied it. I thought that I was doing the right thing although, of course, it did seem somewhat *odd* to me! Hayford Peirce 14:20, 16 May 2007 (CDT)
Okay, I hate to admit that I found the template. It looks like they meant for it to go on top of the article "talk" page above the checklist. It certainly would look better there, but we're fine just the way we are. If things change, I'll be sure to let you know. If you have any trouble, send them my way. --Matt Innis (Talk) 14:29, 16 May 2007 (CDT)
So much for my input ;-) Looks like the template goes just below the checklist. Now you can debate it David! --Matt Innis (Talk) 16:20, 16 May 2007 (CDT)
