Phu Yen Province, a coastal province in central Vietnam, has both seacoast and also contains the mouth of the major Danang River. Its capital is Tuy Hoa.

On its northern border is Binh Dinh Province. To the south is Khanh Hoa Province, Dac Lac and Gia Lai. The South China Sea forms its east coast.
