Peter Yorck von Wartenburg [r]: (1904-1944) German civil servant who refused to join the Nazi Party in 1938, joining the German Resistance; worked on new constitution after Kristallnacht with Fritz-Dietlof Graf von der Schulenburg and Ulrich-Wilhelm von Schwerin von Schwanenfeld; brother-in-law of Claus von Stauffenberg; executed for the 1944 assassination attempt against Hitler
