National Highway 25 is an east-west highway in central Vietnam. It intersects the main National Highway 1 in Tuy Hoa Town, and then runs west to Daklak in the western Highlands. Eventually, it will link with north East of Cambodia and the south of Laos in the future.

In the 1975 Fall of South Vientam, Tuy Hoa was a key target after the People's Army of Viet Nam invading force took Ban Me Thuot. By holding Tuy Hoa, they blocked Highway 1 and cut South Vietnam in half.
