| |notes = This scan is from the front cover of "Mile High" by Richard Condon, a Penguin Books paperback published in 1972. The front cover is presumably copyrighted by Penguin Books, but as it is publicity for the book in question, it is presumably usable here under the Fair Use doctrine. I scanned it myself on 12 July 2010. It is to illustrate the subject of a Citizendium article in a way that words alone could not convey. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of book covers to illustrate an article discussing the book in question qualifies as Fair Use under United States copyright law. Other use of this image, however, on Citizendium or elsewhere, might be considered copyright infringement.
