==Mining Wikipedia==
Greetings and thank you for your welcome message.
My question is, what is the policy on mining Wikipedia for content? My impression is that if an author found a good wikipedia article, edited out any POV problems, confirmed referenceds and either found references for the unreferenced statements or eliminated them, and did whatever style cleanup the author might deem reasonable, that such a reworked wikipedia article would be ok to introduce into Citizendium. Do I have that about right? Thanks. [[User:Karl Hahn|Karl Hahn]] 15:46, 14 February 2007 (CST)

Mining Wikipedia

Greetings and thank you for your welcome message.

My question is, what is the policy on mining Wikipedia for content? My impression is that if an author found a good wikipedia article, edited out any POV problems, confirmed referenceds and either found references for the unreferenced statements or eliminated them, and did whatever style cleanup the author might deem reasonable, that such a reworked wikipedia article would be ok to introduce into Citizendium. Do I have that about right? Thanks. Karl Hahn 15:46, 14 February 2007 (CST)
