I don't think there will be a disambiguation page for everything, but we have to consider the case when someone types in a query, and it means different/multiple things. Using this title for Manhattan, New York?
Shouldn't we move Manhattan (borough) to Manhattan, as the New York City borough & island is more known than the drink? We can then add a line like See Manhattan (cocktail) for the alcoholic beverage to the top of Manhattan (borough), so that our readers can find the article about the drink. --Kjetil Ree 20:29, 12 July 2007 (CDT)
