I intend to maintain this article on Citizendium. I wrote its original version for Wikipedia during 2006. The source for most of the material was the public domain Dictionary of American Naval Fighting Ships. I did the extensive Wikification, which included standardization of geographical names across the range of articles on similar ships. I also copy edited the DANFS material, added facts, found photos and external links, etc. The table at the top of the article is based on similar tables in Wikipedia. There have been few changes by others, and they are minor. I left in the red links, hoping that Citizendium would have articles about them soon. [[User:Louis F. Sander|Louis F. The only two things I'd note is to answer the questions in the Checklist: underlinked is referring to the number of links TO this article, which you can see down at the bottom left in the 'Toolbox' section under 'What links here', and that under cat1 in the checklist you don't need to put "CZ Live" as a category, just on the main article. These articles are great though... keep it up --[[User:Eric M Gearhart|Eric M Gearhart]] 14:54, 8 April 2007 (CDT) |

These articles are great though... keep it up --Eric M Gearhart 14:54, 8 April 2007 (CDT)
