I have one minor quibble. At the very end, 'unit head' seems sort of awkward to me-- is this a standard term?

I have also slightly revised the discussion of Larry and Wikipedia. I think it's of the utmost importance that we keep all of our official pronouncements free of gripes and intramural squabbling.
