From Citizendium, the Citizens' Compendium
Jump to: navigation, search

I study Ancient and Modern History (though I took my first year simply in History, covering periods from 30BC to 1914AD) as a second-year undergraduate at the University of Oxford, where I am an academic exhibitioner, and am presently on an exchange semester at Princeton University. Besides my degree in ancient history, I have A-levels in Further Mathematics and English Literature. In my spare time, I enjoy fencing, rowing, studying European languages, reading novels, and playing Go.

My particular interests on Citizendium will principally be based in my degree work: while the Augustan Rome section is reasonable, the articles on Classical Greece, the post-Augustus Roman Empire, Byzantium, the Early Middle Ages and nineteenth-century Italian and German history could all benefit from attention.
