From Citizendium, the Citizens' Compendium

I am currently enrolled at Temple University as an undergraduate majoring in Real Estate and Risk Management. This semester I have been assigned a term paper through Citizendium; the paper fulfills a Finance requirement. On my time off from being a full time student I like to golf and get outdoors. I hope that this assignment can be a useful tool in my professional development.
