I've been studying and practicing within the Gelug school of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition since 1998.

My degree at college was in Organization Studies and I've had a lifelong interest in all forms of concensus decision-making.

Chronic ill health (M.E./CFIDS/Fibromyalgia) has kept me mostly housebound since 1994. However, since my health stabilised enough to start reading again - c.1997 - I have been able to read widely within my areas of interest and had opportunities to practice not always available to those capable of leaving the house frequently or holding down a job.
