Updated and turned into article

Previously, the article was titled "Declaration of Human Rights", which simply is not the name of the document. Its content was purely the text; I put this in a "text" subpage but it could equally well be an external link.

Obviously, this is a statement of principles rather than specific implementation guidance found in other documents, such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Articles need to be written and linked.Howard C. Berkowitz 18:06, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Problems with subpage?

I was wondering why the text is now in the main article, since it had formed a subpage. I had thought CZ standard was to put such lengthy material in subpages. Howard C. Berkowitz 22:28, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
