Capitalisation?

Why is the surname not capitalised in either title or text? In a quick glance at text, I did not see an explanation. Sandy Harris 04:24, 4 November 2010 (UTC)

It is capitalized. The surname is not "Lott", but "Iott" (India-Oscar-Tango-Tango). I have no idea how it is pronounced. Howard C. Berkowitz 04:43, 4 November 2010 (UTC)
