Definition Moderated Internet forum and chat site for conservatives, primarily within the United States. [d] [e]

This is a new article posted by me. It is based on an article from Wikipedia, but is much shorter than the Wikipedia version, which is currently very disputatious and under extreme revision. Right now, the article is a draft. I plan to improve it over the next day or two, and to keep it as something worthy of a good encyclopedia. It is not that on Wikipedia.

I've posted many new articles to Citizendium, but the rules have changed greatly since I posted my most recent one. Any help in complying with Citizendium rules, standarda, and practices will be greatly appreciated. I'll try to research that stuff, but my time is limited at the moment. Louis F. Improvements

A starting point is avoiding cliches and code words. The Second Amendment, for example, is not an inherently conservative issue; legislation and interpretation of the positive right to keep and bear arms are a conservative issue. In turn, the Second Amendment is a subarticle of the internationalized issue of gun control, which, I shall admit, means, to some people, holding it with both hands.

Pro-life may fit, since it's a conservative phrase.

This article should be consistent with American conservatism, which certainly needs work. Howard C. Berkowitz 14:32, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
