The Middle East Review of International Affairs (MERIA) is an Israel-based project owned and edited by Prof. Barry Rubin. It is produced in conjunction with the Global Research in International Affairs Center (GLORIA). It provides research on the Middle East, in a journal, data bases, and books. MERIa describes itself as an non-partisan publication involving people across the geographical and political spectrum. [1]
