Graham A. Martin (-) was the last United States Ambassador and chief of the United States Mission to the Republic of Vietnam, (Jul 20, 1973 — April 29, 1975). He was preceded by Ellsworth Bunker. Martin left in one of the last helicopters during the iconic evacuation of U.S. personnel from Saigon in Operation FREQUENT WIND.
